Social Media Content for Branding and Engagement Purposes

As a social media strategist, I constantly analyze social media assets to formulate and test scenarios and uncover marketing and engagement opportunities. For @lazada_id Instagram especially, one post should not only be engaging visually and verbally but also containing branding element and subtly selling products.

Above is social media content I created to boost Lazada’s branding and social engagement. The formula consists of:

  • locally relevant and lifestyle-driven topics (combining relatable topics to Indonesian millennials as Lazada’s target market and the current campaign in Lazada Indonesia)
  • catchy and engaging copy (to make customers easily connect with the content)
  • product tagging (maximally utilizing Instagram’s feature to drive conversion faster)
  • aesthetic visual (to drive engagement, boost social media presence, and attract new followers)
  • branding color, logo, and font (to boost brand consistency)
  • call-to-action

This formula has been a powerful weapon for our social media, resulting in average 8K likes and 500 comments per posts, and up to 100K new followers per month. As Lazada kicking-off Ramadan campaign, I am honored to be once again chosen to write a product description for Lazada app in Google Play Store. As Lazada Indonesia is appointed to lead Ramadan campaign for the whole ventures, I’m not only writing it in Bahasa Indonesia, but also English to be featured in Lazada Malaysia and Lazada Thailand’s product description. Seberapa Indonesiakah Kamu? – Engagement Video for YouTube

 

 

To celebrate Indonesia’s 73rd anniversary, we in-house created this video for Lazada Indonesia’s YouTube to drive social media engagement (likes and comments) and boost awareness about both Lazada and Independence Day. My involvement included conceptualizing the idea, writing script, talent scouting, and executing the shoot. The video was also shared and boosted on all Lazada Indonesia’s social channels resulted in total 50K views and 10K engagement across channels.

Meet and Greet with Dua Lipa – 26 March 2019 at ICE BSD City

As part of Lazada 7th birthday celebration, I took charge of managing Meet and Greet event with Grammy-winning star, Dua Lipa. I strategically chose three macro Key Opinion Leaders or social media influencers with more than 1 million Instagram followers to participate in the Meet and Greet. I collaborated with 3 artist management (MContent, Screenplay, Warner Music Indonesia) agencies and scouted Rianti Cartwright (ex MTV VJ, presenter, actress), Sahila Hisyam (actress, model, influencer), and Giorgino Abraham (actor, singer, model). The Meet and Greet was meant to boost the hype of Lazada 7th Birthday campaign digitally, resulted in up to 500k engagement and 8 million reach.
